About The Palm Portraits Collection

As a little girl, I’d drag my feet on the ground swinging from their low-hanging branches. On my wedding day, they lined the floor as we said our vows. And my whole artist journey began in sixth grade—with a fateful painting of a palm tree. So, palm trees hold a cherished place in my life. I’ve spent my life with them in view. Their split leaves—designed to weather storms—feel like a metaphor for the challenges I’ve faced. If I had a personal symbol, it would be definitely be the palm tree

Each painting in this collection is a small celebration of how special they are to me. I hope one speaks to you.
