I felt a nudge in the summer of 2020 to get out my paints from high school. I hadn’t touched them in years and I had every excuse in the world not to. My husband Danny and I have three little girls, Annabelle, Madeline and Blythe. But that little whisper just got louder and louder until I couldn’t ignore it anymore.
About The Process
I consider myself a landscape artist. When I paint, I like to find a photo that inspires me. Usually these photos are of sunsets and sunrises over the ocean, mountains, or marshes. I love trying to replicate the beauty of creation because it’s both visually appealing and spiritually provoking. My works are titled after verses in scripture and usually come from a song that I’m listening to on repeat or from the still, small voice inside of me.
I’m so humbled when people are inspired by my art and would be honored if you chose a piece for your home. Please don’t hesitate to email me if you have questions!
