About Hayley and Why She Started The Scouted Studio:
I believe it takes an artist to know an artist. Graduating from Washington & Lee University as a Studio Art and Business double major, I know the trials that artists must face when attempting to navigate this ever-changing creative environment. Whether beginners or professionals, all artists need an extra set of hands at times to help them to grow. Through in-person consultations and getting to know each artist, I devise the best solution to give each individual artist the tools they need to grow, foster relationships and ultimately spend less time stressing over matters that keep them out of the studio.
I live by the mantra "Art for All" and truly believe everyone should be invited into the art community. As an avid art lover, I understand the intimidation that can often come with investing in an original piece of artwork. Art should tell a story and create memories and no part of that process should be stressful or intimidating, that is why I am so passionate about curating a selection of art fit to reach collectors ranging all levels.
The Scouted Studio strives to connect our artists with art lovers because beauty is subjective and styles can change, but the memories and connections that come with purchasing the right piece of art can last a lifetime.
