Kate K

Kate Kvasnicka  was born and raised in South Carolina and graduated from the College of Charleston. After graduation, she studied art at the Corcoran in Washington, DC. She now lives in Richmond, VA with her husband and young son, Calvin. 

As early as six years old, Kate started selling her artwork at lemonade stands in front of her childhood home. Today, she has collectors all over the country. Kate's work explore the balance between soft, translucent watercolors with figurative pronounced lines. Her floral pieces have a laid-back simplicity inspired by her southern roots and love for nature.
