Emerging Artist Pop-Up Market

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a part of The Scouted Studio's October Emerging Artist Show!

What is it?

The Emerging Artist Show is a chance for new artists from across the United States to showcase their work on our website from October 1st - October 15th, 2024. We only select the best of the best in up and coming artwork, therefore it is a great way to showcase your work alongside other talented artists.

Each selected artist will be showcased on our socials and website on our "Emerging Show Shop" page.

If selected, we will choose 4 pieces of yours to list on the site for sale and to be promoted through our channels. You also will be invited to replenish your work as it sells.

Submit by August 23rd, 2024. Acceptances will be announced August 30th.

How to apply:

First, check out through the link below. Once you pay the $25 application fee, submit the following information:

We require all submissions to be sent through an email to hayley@thescoutedstudio.com with the subject line "Emerging Artist Application".  Please send the following and note that you are applying specifically for the emerging pop-up.

  • 3-5 images representing your style and the breadth of your work. (These do not have to be the exact pieces that are included in the show, but do need be representative of the style and subject matter) 

  • your biography and/or resume

  • any relevant social media pages

  • your website (if applicable)

*A note on our application fee: We thoroughly review every application by reviewing not only the email application, but also studying your social media and website (if applicable). Due to the time and effort we put into every application, we have decided to require a small application fee. 

 

**I️f selected, artists will be sent a contract outlining the details of the show. Artists are expected to keep the 4 pieces up for the duration of the show. If a piece sells the artists receive a 60% commission. Artists must ship the piece within 3-4 business days and notify The Scouted Studio of tracking and shipping costs. All shipping costs will be reimbursed in full at the end of the show.
