Emerging Artist Pop-Up Market

Thank you for your interest in applying to The Scouted Studio’s Spring Emerging Artist Show.

What is it?

The Spring Emerging Artist Show is a curated online exhibition featuring emerging artists from across the United States. The show will run from March 26, 2026 through April 9, 2026, showcasing a select group of artists whose work demonstrates strong voice, craftsmanship, and growth potential.

Each selected artist will be featured on The Scouted Studio website and across our social channels as part of our Emerging Artist Show Shop, giving collectors the opportunity to discover and collect new work.

If selected, four pieces of your work will be listed for sale and promoted throughout the duration of the show. Artists may be invited to replenish work as pieces sell.

Important dates

  • Applications close: February 26

  • Show runs: March 26 – April 9

Once the $25 application fee is submitted, email the following materials to hayley@thescoutedstudio.com with the subject line “Spring Emerging Artist Application.”

Please include:

  • 3–5 images that represent your style and the breadth of your work
    (These do not need to be the exact pieces included in the show, but should reflect what will be included in the show.)

  • Your biography and/or resume

  • Any relevant social media accounts

  • Your website (if applicable)

A note on the application fee

Each application is carefully reviewed, including submitted materials as well as the artist’s website and social presence when available. Due to the time and care involved in this process, we require a small application fee.

If selected

Selected artists will receive an email outlining the details of the show. Artists are expected to keep their four selected works available for the full duration of the exhibition.

Artists receive 60% commission on all sales. Artwork must be shipped within 3–4 business days of a sale, and tracking information and shipping costs must be shared with The Scouted Studio. All shipping costs will be reimbursed in full at the end of the show.
