"Lull of the Tide" is the one piece I have painted recently that is unlike the others. I painted it from my heart and my imagination. I am usually a reference photo artist, but I wanted to push myself in a different way. I created a color palette that was calm and serene, and waves that felt like a lullaby. This is a very special piece for me.
