Watercolor and India Ink on Layered Heavyweight Archival Fine Art Paper
One of my favorite places along the gulf coast is the Bolivar Peninsula - a Texas gem known for its expansive beaches and excellent fishing. This piece is inspired by a memorable sunset dinner of fresh caught crab and flounder that my husband and I shared with new friends we made while staying in a bayside cabin that was right on the water. I have float mounted this crab on two separate sheets of hand-painted, hand-cut fine art paper which gives the piece a unique, dimensional presentation.
Titled and signed on back, unframed
