This fall, we’re gathering a small group of artists at Flat Mountain Farm for an intimate three-night intensive built around art, community, and the business of being an artist.

Part retreat, part public art show, part creative gathering, the weekend is designed to give you something most artists rarely get all at once: time to step away from your day-to-day, meaningful connection with other artists, and a professionally produced opportunity to put your work in front of a new audience.

You’ll stay at the farm, share meals, make things together, receive art coaching, participate in workshops, and have your work featured in a beautifully produced public art event — with the marketing, logistics, photography, and videography handled for you.

MORE THAN AN ART SHOW

We wanted to create something different from the typical artist exhibition.

Yes, your work will be shown at a beautiful fall event at Flat Mountain Farm, open to the public and designed to bring collectors, art lovers, and the local community together.

But the weekend is also an opportunity to build visibility for your work and your business.

Our team handles the event marketing, logistics, photography, and videography, so you can focus on what you actually want to be doing: making art and being part of the experience.

You’ll leave with professional imagery and video from the weekend, new connections, and the opportunity to introduce your work to an audience beyond your existing circle.

The Weekend

FRIDAY

Arrive + Settle In

Arrive at Flat Mountain Farm and settle into the weekend.

We’ll kick things off with welcome drinks and a welcome dinner — an easy first night to meet the other artists, get settled, and start the weekend together.

SATURDAY

The Fall Art Show

Saturday is the main event.

The farm becomes a celebration of art, creativity, and fall, with an all-day art show featuring the work of the artists participating in the intensive.

The event is open to the public, with ticketed creative workshops woven throughout the day. Think wreath making, pie making, and other distinctly fall experiences — with each workshop built around the participating artists and their work.

You’ll have the chance to meet attendees, share your work, make connections, and experience your art in a completely different setting.

And throughout the day, our team will be capturing the experience through professional photography and videography.

SUNDAY

Art Coaching + Retreat

Sunday slows down.

With the public event behind us, we shift into retreat mode — giving you space to actually talk about your work, your business, and where you want to go next.

Art coaching with Hayley will be woven into the day alongside additional creative workshops, good food, and plenty of time to spend with the other artists.

We’ll close the weekend with a wine tasting at the farm.

MONDAY

One Last Morning

One last breakfast, one last conversation, and a slow morning before heading home.
