Present Peace II

Mixed media painting created using handmade paper collaged and light touches of acrylic paint in soft colors of ivory and pale pink. This painting is 11x14 on canvas, professionally framed in gold. 

This collection was inspired by the peacefulness I noticed on a day filled with a soft snowfall and the gift of the presence of peace in every moment we choose to pause and simply, quietly listen for God. This collection, to me, expresses fragility and yet, very quiet strength with purity.
